Welding of Carbon and Stainless Steel

We offer welding of carbon and stainless steels. We meet the stringent criteria outlined by the American Welding Society (AWS) under the AWS D1.1 standard.

We perform in-house Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) non-destructive testing to detect surface and subsurface flaws in ferromagnetic materials.

On non-ferromagnetic materials, we perform in-house liquid penetrant testing (PT).

Where clients require non-destructive test reports, we procure the services of an independent third-party SANAS accredited inspection authority to conduct the required testing.

Our welding equipment consists mainly of semi-automatic Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) machines, but we also have the expertise to provide Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMWA).
